Family Partnership

single parent family
The Family Partnership Program provides intensive in-home interventions designed to prevent and alleviate crises that might lead to children being removed from their parents’ care. The overarching goal of the program is to maintain the safety and wellbeing of children at risk of entering the juvenile justice or child welfare system while empowering, strengthening, and preserving the entire family. Counselors, case workers and therapists provide strength-based assessments of child safety, family counseling, parent education, life skills, home management, and academic support, as well as trauma-informed interventions and other best practices.
